In warmer weather there’s a lovely backyard with your own private deck and outdoor eating area.

In the winter this is a cozy spot with an electric fireplace in the living room, and comfortable furnishings. There are two bedrooms each with a good queen bed and closet space, all linens and pillows provided. The whole suite has been renovated recently and looks clean and bright.

Wifi is good, the water is good to drink and also heats up quickly for showers, the upstairs people are nice. Quiet time is after 10 pm.

The place is self-catering, meaning you need to keep it clean, with all cleaning supplies available for use. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances and a big fridge, large enough to share with someone else.

If you have short-term guests, there is a pull-out bed in the living room.
