• The side yard is fenced with a patio, fire pit, and BBQ.
• We will accept dogs (one only)
• Driveway parking for two vehicles.

Main Floor:

• 2 bedrooms (one currently used as an office with two desks, and high speed internet)
• The adjacent bathroom has a walk in shower.
• The laundry room has full size appliances, and a drying rack.
• The main living area has an electric fireplace, and a large screen smart TV (no cable TV).
• The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and freezer.
• Enjoy the dining area in the kitchen.

The upstairs has:

• a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, TV and a full bath.

Linens/towels and all household essentials are included as you stay your stay.

The community, Victoria West is an extremely walkable and bike able year round.  The area is serviced by multiple bus routes including:

• Bus to Royal Jubilee Hospital is a 2 minute walk and a 12 minute ride.
• Bus to the Victoria General Hospital is a 2 minute walk and a 15 minute ride.
• Walk to downtown in just 20 minutes to the Inner Harbour with the Legislative Buildings, Empress Hotel, Royal BC Museum, and  its wealth of shops, restaurants, theatres and pubs.

Walk and Cycle

• A dedicated bike path is 50 metres from our front door, which connects to the entire regional trail system.

Walk 100 metres to neighbourhood shopping including groceries, pharmacy, Dollar Store, restaurants, wine store etc..

Located across the street is the Vic West community park with a ball diamond, children’s playground, dog park, basketball court, skate park, and EV charging station.

The monthly rent is $3200 including utilities.  A damage deposit of $1200 is required as is an exit cleaning fee of $150.
