This 4 bedroom house has just been renovated and it sits on the road to Giant’s Head park which is one of Summerland’s major natural parks.  Hike or bike to the top for amazing views of the valley and lake.  A short walk to downtown Summerland will take you to a variety of shops and restaurants.  A three minute drive will take you to Rotary Park beach and a 5 minute drive will take you to Sunoka Provincial Park.

The owners of the house live on the main floor of the house and the room is in the basement area.
